Odorous “Chinese” Drywall Inspection ………… $225 (add $35 for each additional HVAC system)   Inspection performed following criteria currently used by the Florida Department of Health to determine whether or not existing conditions in your home meet the case definition of the presence of Chinese / odorous drywall in your home.	We are one of the very few companies in Florida that has Errors & Omissions insurance that covers Chinese drywall inspections. Chinese drywall is an environmental issue  not covered by home inspector E&O insurance.
